Rex Pemberton is the designer of Elevate and the founder of Evolve. He is an Everest summiteer, and one of the most experienced adventure-based leadership facilitators in the world.

For more than two decades, Rex has worked with teams across industries, cultures, and continents, helping leaders build trust, sharpen alignment, and perform under pressure.

Why Rex built Elevate

Elevate was built from a simple belief: leadership is easiest to talk about and hardest to practise when the pressure is real. Rex has seen this first-hand both on mountains and in organizations. The reason the Everest environment is so powerful is that it reveals behaviour quickly. Under pressure, teams either communicate, align, support one another, and make sound decisions, or they do not. That insight became the foundation for Elevate.
