How the simulation works
Elevate places participants inside a high-stakes Mount Everest expedition where they must work through changing conditions, incomplete information, competing priorities, and critical decision points as a team. As the video-based simulation unfolds, individuals take on roles, share information, make judgments, and respond to pressure in real time. The experience is then brought to life through a facilitated debrief that helps participants unpack what happened, why it happened, and how the lessons apply directly to leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making in the real world.
